Wedding Diet

 meat.jpgSo I’ve been dieting for what seems like forever…but not really getting results. My main offenders: not enough sleep, alcohol & carbs. So I’m going to mix up my diet a little bit…only got 3 months till the wedding and I need to see results!

So I’m trying an all meat and veggie diet. I’ll allow myself a carb or two when I’m really craving it so I don’t go nuts, but other than that all meats + veggies + excercise will hopefully = results.

    I ate crackers and Raman Noodles for like 2 months with some “normal” food mixed and lost 15lbs! I also gave up drinking and soda!!!

    I agree with Deanna. I don’t know how often you drink alcohol (or soda) but I cut that stuff out totally for a few weeks and dropped 8lbs (and i was kinda following weightwatchers at the time too). So if its something you have a lot, just taking that out of your diet- you could really see a difference/results. And just watch what you’re consuming. But goodluck!!!
