Wedding Diet

So I’ve been dieting for what seems like forever…but not really getting results. My main offenders: not enough sleep, alcohol & carbs. So I’m going to mix up my diet a little bit…only got 3 months till the wedding and I need to see results!
So I’m trying an all meat and veggie diet. I’ll allow myself a carb or two when I’m really craving it so I don’t go nuts, but other than that all meats + veggies + excercise will hopefully = results.
